The most prevalent diseases in infants and children, are respiratory infections including the common cold, acute rhinosinusitis, otitis media, flu-like illness, bronchitis, pneumonia. Despite being mostly innocuous, they have a large negative impact on society leading source of morbidity mortality globally. They further divided into two classes upper tract lower infections. purpose this research is to review available information about types infection paediatrics. include pharyngitis which usually self- limiting benign caused by viruses while inflammation mucosa paranasal sinuses nasal cavity sign rhinosinusitis. Common colds frequently come with uncomplicated does not any clinically visible spread outside cavity. A viral or bacterial middle ear causes media. Bronchitis, bronchiolitis pneumonia among children. More than one-third children develop first years life, reason for hospitalization year life. rate has increased from 1% 3% over past 30 significant contributor under 5 Early diagnosis prompt management can lead better health outcomes
